Processing Time

Delivery within West Malaysia will take 3-5 Business days, East Malaysia 7-10 business days and international delivery will take 20– 30 business days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. It is customer's responsibility to check the status of the item upon ordering after order confirmation is sent via email. 

Due to shipping restriction, we are unable to deliver to Israel.

How to track your orders?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the order is fulfilled and processed by courier provider for shipping. You can track your orders manually per below tracking using your Order ID

Shipping Rates

For West Malaysia, orders 1kg or less will have a standard rate of RM 7. 

For East Malaysia, orders 1kg or less will have a standard rate of RM 15.

Free Shipping

All orders above RM 200 shall be entitled for free shipping. The promo code will be applied automatically upon reaching the cart total of RM 200.
